Model MT-150 - Manual Force Test Stand

Made in America, the Chatillon® MT-150 and MT-500 provide tension and compression testing to 500 lbf / 250 kgf / 2500 N with a quick-action lever or precision handwheel for controlling crosshead speed and travel.

Force data is displayed by a selection of digital force gauges - basic and advanced - providing computer output and many other features.

Travel data is displayed by a digital travel display with computer and SPC printer output.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Capacity: MT-150: 150 lbf [75 kgf/7500 N], MT-500: 500 lbf [250 kgf/2500 N].
  • Rugged and exceptionally rigid extruded aluminum column.
  • Column length: 30" [750 mm], optional: 40" [1000 mm] and 60" [1500 mm].
  • Maximum vertical clearance: approx. 15" [380 mm] depending on gauge.
  • Maximum stroke: 6" [150 mm], others available.
  • Maximum horizontal clearance: 6" [150 mm].
  • Lever travel rate: 3" [75 mm] per revolution.
  • Handwheel travel rate: 0.5" [12 mm] per revolution.

OPERATION

  • Precise tension and compression testing with lever or handwheel.
  • Compression testing with 3" [75 mm] diameter plate.
  • Tension testing with force gauge and test stand hook.
